We are excited to announce a streamlined workflow for requesting Quantumworks Lab labeling services. The Quantumworks Lab Platform now offers an easy, consistent experience to request on-demand services, regardless of whether you have a managed contract or are a self-serve customer. With a few simple clicks, you can request labeling services on-demand and access our growing network of experts to help with preference ranking, data generation, multimodal labeling, and more.

New integrated workflow to request labeling services

The Quantumworks Lab platform has been re-architected to make it even easier to request data labeling services. Simply click the “Request labeling services” button on the homepage or any new project page to begin your request. 

After clicking to request services, you are prompted to configure your project by providing information about your data, labeling needs, and labeling instructions. You’ll also set up your desired ontology (or select a pre-configured ontology) to specify what labeling information you want collected or created. 

If you are on a free account, then the workflow will automatically prompt you to enter in payment information at the right time.

Once setup is complete, the Quantumworks Lab labeling services requests will proceed through four steps:

1. Requested: Once you have configured your project, Labeling services have been requested. During this step, we are working in the background to find the right labelers for the project. 
2. Calibration: Labelers complete a sample of your data rows so that you can review and confirm alignment on the expectations. This is a chance to check quality and ensure labelers are following your provided instructions. The goal is to provide initial results from a calibration batch within 24 hours. Training and iteration continue until the desired quality threshold is achieved.  
3. Production: Once calibrated, your project is ready to launch. Your dedicated labeling team will generate lightning-fast labels at scale, with industry-leading quality that’s trusted by leading AI builders.  
4. Complete: Labelers have finished adding labelers to your projects and the data is now available.
